- Who do you provide services for?
- Auro Health supports organisations across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Newcastle with flexible on-site and remote services.
- What does Occupational Health do?
- We assess how work affects health and how health affects work. Our clinicians provide impartial advice to help you meet legal duties, manage risk, reduce absence and support safe, productive employment.
- How do management referrals work, and what will the report include?
- With the employee's informed consent, the manager submits a referral outlining questions. We assess the employee and issue a report to management covering fitness for work, likely timescales, evidence-based recommendations (e.g., adjustments or rehabilitation), and signposting to further support. Medical detail is shared only where relevant and proportionate.
- Do you need Health Surveillance?
- If the employer's management or health and safety team identify risks with exposures that require legal monitoring, a health surveillance programme may be appropriate to detect early signs of work-related ill health, to verify that controls are effective and allow management to take appropriate action.
- Do you provide drug and alcohol testing?
- We do not currently provide this service.
